The Manor Barn

The Manor Barn has a striking open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with high beamed ceiling and oak wood flooring. The modern kitchen is fully integrated with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and ample work top space. Ultrafast fibre WiFi is provided plus an HD TV in the sitting room. Set on the edge of our formal courtyard, the property enjoys far reaching views across the parkland.

Guests have exclusive use of a hot-tub, BBQ and patio furniture set in private lawns, and shared use of 70 acres of parkland with natural ponds/picnic areas and a Games Barn.

The Manor Barn with 4 bedrooms sleeps up to 14 guests, as depicted on the floorplan, at the rates quoted on the booking calendar below. Some single beds can be zipped to form doubles when requested with a minimum week’s notice. NB restrictive head height to first floor eaves.

Infants under 3 are not charged or counted in guest numbers and cots & high chairs are available. Dogs are welcome at a surcharge of £60 each per stay and we provide a ‘dog box’ with rough towels, waste bags and food/water bowls.
